Hey I think I know the answer, but I would like some more opinons. I have a beer that has a bitter taste and I reviewed my info on how I made it and two things may be a problem . ONe is I left the beer in the primary for 5 weeks and then bottled it and second, using batch sparging mash technique , I added 185 deg water for the 15 minute second sparge. Are any of these reasons why my beer has bitter taste??
