What's the best equipment to start out with? plastic bottling bucket or glass carboy? has anybody heard of"Brewers Best Beer Making EQUIPMENT Kit" is it any good? Or should I buy the pieces seperate? Oh and 1 more, can I use a new turkey fry kit for a brew pot and burner?

yes it is. I ended up getting a brewers best equipment kit, and a brewers best ing. kit for ipa, so i guess my only question now is whats the difference between alum. and stainless steel when it comes to brewpots?
