2. Great Lakes Nosferatu - Often referred to as Burning River Pale Ale’s
big brother, this stock ale is remarkably balanced for such a highly hopped
beer. A rich deep blood red color makes this beer scary enough to be served
every Halloween and a few other times of the year.
3. Alesmith's Evil Dead Red
- Halloween is time for our annual Evil Dead Red
specialty brew. Vivid mahogany color, good head formation and retention. Rich,
chewy, toasty, malty flavors perfectly balanced by a moderate hoppy bitterness.
The aroma starts with a pleasant hop aroma followed by a nice malty sweetness.
Well-rounded and well-balanced. Smooth, medium-bodied. Lush and rich on the
palate with a semi-dry finish.
4. Southern Tier Warlock
- Imperial stout brewed with pumpkins Warlock is
brewed to enchant your palate on its own and also to counterpoint our Imperial
Ale, Pumking. Make your own black magic by carefully pouring this Imperial Stout
into a goblet. Dark and mysterious, the Blackwater Series is serious about high
gravity. Reanimate your senses with Warlock’s huge roasted malt character,
moderate carbonation and spicy pumpkin pie aroma.
5. Rogue Dead Guy
- In the style of a German Maibock, brewed using our
proprietary Pacman yeast, Dead Guy Ale is deep honey in color with a malty
aroma, rich hearty flavor and a well balanced finish. This beer uses four
different malts:Northwest Harrington, Klages, Maier Munich and Carastan. And it
uses Perle and Saaz hops. 40 IBU 6.50% ABV.
6. Elysian Night Owl
- This ale is brewed with 150 lbs. of pumpkin in
each batch. Made with Pale, Munich and Crystal malts green and roasted pumpkin
seeds, pumpkin in the mash, boil and fermenter. Bittered with Horizon hops.
Spiced in conditioning with nutmeg, clove, cinnamon, ginger and allspice.
7. Undead Party Crasher
- This Imperial Stout is brewed by Clown Shoes
Beer. In a world full of uncertainty, hardship, and people trying to hold us
back, do we need the undead and trademark attorneys too? Clown Shoes says, "No,
die, monsters, die!" Forces of darkness brought about a change in the name of
this beer, which was released to celebrate our second anniversary, but it still
sports signature dark malts, holy water, and malt smoked locally with hickory
