Big Time is a Classic American Alehouse brewing all our own beer in our on-site microbrewery. Our award winning beer and tasty pub food have been one of Seattle's "U-District" traditions since 1988. Elliott Bay Brewery Pub Elysian Brewing Company was founded in 1996 by Joe Bisacca, Dick Cantwell, and Dave Buhler. It began as a concept to establish a large brewpub in the Seattle market, but with a grander scale of wholesale distribution than your average brewpub. That's been the inspiration for McMenamins since 1983, when the Portland-based company, channeled by brothers Mike and Brian McMenamin, opened its first location, the Barley Mill Pub on the corner of S.E. 17th Ave. and Hawthorne Blvd. in Portland, OR. Championing ever since the philosophy, "It's got to be fun," the two brothers have created a "Kingdom of Fun," with more than 54 (and counting) neighborhood gathering spots in Oregon and Washington. Things are really happening at the brewery these days. We have just opened our upstairs level featuring comfy seating, expansive views of downtown White Center and FREE POOL! Our music line-up continues to showcase the best in blues, rock, Americana, jazz, honky tonk and old-time country -- not to mention open mic nights on Sunday and Thursday. Beers incluse Vashon Old Stock, Rat City IPA, Admiral ESB, Alki Ale, Puget Porter, and Fauntleroy Stout. Way back in 1984 we made the decision to make beer our life. In a small, turn-of-the-century general store in Washington State, the first Pyramid Ale was brewed. Since then our lineup has blossomed. With four year-round beers, two seasonals, and a few select Alehouse exclusives, Pyramid is proud to offer you a choice of many distinctive, flavorful and very fine beers from our award-winning Bavarian-inspired Pyramid Hefe Weizen, to our uniquely bold, Hophead Nectar, Thunderhead IPA. A unique dining experience for 30 years, the Engine House No.9, (The "E-9") is a non-smoking restaurant and brew pub. Built in 1907 and placed on the National Historical Register in 1975, numerous fire-fighting elements in the décor capture the essence of what once was. The front patio as well as the enclosed courtyard can be enjoyed during warmer months. We feature at least 10 fresh ales from our award winning brewery as well as import and guest handles including 3 cask conditioned ales. Fine wines and top shelf spirits are also available. The Beer Club is a fun way to explore the diverse draught and bottled beer selections in this "trend setting" establishment. The HARMON PUB AND BREWERY was established in August 1997. Since that time we have brewed over 8,000 barrels of beer. Several of our flagship ales are multiple award winning beers, in both national and regional competitions. We currently offer five flagship beers, spanning the full style spectrum of ales. We are confident that one, if not several, of our small batch brewed ales with excite the taste buds of your beer loving guests.
