Established 1999. Lake Louie is a small brewery located on the beautiful shores
of Lake Louie (actually a ¼ acre pond) just outside of Arena in SW Wisconsin.
When we aren’t swimming in summer or ice skating in winter, we’re producing top
quality local beers for local people. Currently offering English and American
ales in kegs and six packs to taverns, restaurants, and liquor stores. Our beers
are being tapped by some of the finer public houses in the area.
Year Round Beers
COON ROCK CREAM ALE
A pre-prohibition Cream Ale, using Briess white corn for a very creamy and full
bodied beer. Lightly hopped with traditional varieties that would have been
grown in southwestern Wisconsin a hundred years ago. The ultimate ‘Lawn Mower
Beer’.
WARPED SPEED
Scotch Style Ale
Brewed in the classic Scotch Ale style dating back to the 1700’s, with a deep
reddish brown color. Full of body, sweetness and flavor. A smooth and lightly
hopped finish. Best served at 45º F in a room temperature pint glass. For the
‘Big Beer’ drinkers among us.
ARENA PREMIUM
American Pale Ale
Intended to be a highly hopped full flavored beer. Based on the “American Pale
Ale” style but with more malt flavor. Using American grown hops and barley
malted right here in Wisconsin, this is a beer that will make even the most
discerning tongue tingle.
TOMMY’S PORTER
This is a smooth, full-bodied beer. A rich “nuts & berries” flavor followed by a
coffee like finish. Based on the traditional English Porter beers of the late
1800’s. Originally created for the hardworking Irish immigrants manning the
shipping docks in England who wanted a ‘stout’ style brew with more alcohol
content to drink during their all too short lunch breaks.

MILK STOUT ~ Released in November to March
A ‘sweet’ style of English Stout made with Lactose from Cow’s Milk. Possessing
high amounts of rich, creamy flavors. Unfiltered. Originally produced by English
brewers in the late 1800’s..
LOUIE’S RESERVE ~ Limited Released November
Strong Scottish Ale
A bolder version of our Warped Speed Scotch Ale. Truly one of the finest Scotch
Style Ales available on the planet. VERY LIMITED SUPPLY.
PRAIRIE MOON ~ Released April to September
Farmhouse Ale
A Belgian style Farmhouse Ale containing Wheat, Coriander and Orange peel. This
unfiltered, moderate strength beer has a great thirst quenching quality.
BROTHER TIM’S TRIPEL ~ Limited Release August
Belgian Style
Based on the strong abbey style ales of Belgium, this tripel has a spicy nose
and a delicate, fruity balance of malt, hops, and yeast on the tongue.
DINO’S DARK ~ Limited Release April
American Porter
A springtime version of our ‘Tommy’s Porter’ brewed with less dark malt and more
hops. Brewed once a year. Expect an early sellout of this refreshing beer.
