Full Sail Brewing Announces

Hood River, Oregon - LTD means limited edition, but at Full Sail is means something even more: Live the Dream. The Full Sail brewers have been busy living out every brewer's dream. A dream of creating unique beers that celebrate both the creativity of our brewers while honoring a rich brewing heritage of great lager beer styles. Their latest offering in their Limited series is LTD 03, an elegant pilsner lager that has been brewed, bottled and is ready to ship from the brewery this month.

"Our LTD Series is a great way to offer our customers a distinctive series of small batch lager beers. Each LTD series beer showcases an original lager recipe and is available for a limited time only. The LTD series provides a wonderful opportunity for us to explore some of our favorite beer styles and we are thrilled at the response we have generated. Not only do our fans love this series, critics love it too. Since its release in 2007, LTD has brought home five gold medals from the World Beer Championships and one from the North American Beer Awards," said Irene Firmat, Full Sail's Founder and CEO.

"Our seasonal line emphasizes and builds on our brand mantra - both the world class quality of our beers (LTD - Limited Edition) and our celebration of independence (LTD - Live the Dream). LTD is dedicated to everyone who's living the dream, whatever that dream might be. Our dream was to start our own brewery, run it our own way, and do it in an unreal place where all summer the wind pumps and all winter the snow dumps. If you're living your own dream, then cheers to you!" added Firmat. Tell us how you are living your dream by visiting  http://www.fullsailbrewing.com/ltd3.cfm

The newly designed bottle labels describe LTD Bottling 03, as crisp, new pilsner-style lager that is pale golden in color, features a spicy floral hop aroma, a malty medium body, and a smooth thirst-quenching finish. LTD 03 registers "Pale" on the "Malt-O-Meter" that is featured on the six packs. Beer aficionados, or the aspiring ones, will enjoy the bottom of the six-pack that features an easy-to-read chart of "Today's Recipe," including Sterling hops, 2 row pale malt, plato (14 degrees), I.B.U. (35), alcohol by volume (5.6) and any special ingredients. LTD 03 will be available in six-packs and draught and will be available June through September.
