Old Hat introduces gluten-free beer(Jan. 10) - Vermont - Freda Osborne, co-owner of the Old Hat Brewery in Lawton, said she heard from a customer that his wife wouldn't be coming to the pub anymore because she suffered from celiac disease, a nutritional disorder caused by faulty absorption of gluten.
