Craft beers author will sign book at Pike Pub(Dec. 9) - Washington - Craft brew connoisseur and author Lucy Saunders visits Seattle Dec. 11 to sign her new book, "The Best of American Beer and Food: Pairing and Cooking with Craft Beer," which includes recipes from more than 40 professional and home chefs.
