Beer of the Week

Summit Brewing Company - Summit Extra Pale Ale
Summit Extra Pale Ale is not a beer brewed only for beer snobs. Just the opposite. It’s a beer for everyone to enjoy: construction workers, stock brokers, farmers, sales people, clerks, teachers, lawyers, doctors, even other brewers. Its light bronze color and distinctly hoppy flavor have made it a favorite in the Upper Midwest ever since in 1986.

From RateBeer.com:
Amber colour with a thin white head. The aroma is full citrussy hops and somewhat faint malty. The flavor is strong american hops with a nice crisp clean bite to them and a bit maltyness in the background. The finish is bitter, but in a very pleasent way.
