Boscos Restaurant and Brewing Company

Boscos is a warm, inviting, first-class restaurant with locations in Memphis, Nashville, and Franklin, TN; and in Little Rock, AR. Boscos believes in using only the freshest products and ingredients in our menu and in our hand-crafted beers.

Each restaurant's menu includes a variety of appetizers, salads, entrees or gourmet pizzas, baked in our brick oven. Signature items include fresh salmon baked on a cedar plank in Boscos brick oven, delicious double-cut pork chop, and a prime cut of steak cooked to perfection.

Boscos has been brewing award-winning handcrafted beers for over sixteen years. That experience is evident in both the quality and variety of beers we offer, including the light-bodied, golden Famous Flaming Stone, the amber, crisp Bombay IPA, and our robust, full-bodied stouts and porters. Boscos has a beer to match everyone's tastes and to compliment every delicious dish.

Boscos Famous Flaming Stone Beer
North America's “Original Steinbier.” Brewed using a traditional German technique, stones heated in our wood fired ovens are lowered into the beer during the brewing process, giving the beer its unique caramel character. Awarded “Three Stars” by Michael Jackson, the world’s leading beer writer. Great with salads and lightly flavored dishes.

Boscos Bombay IPA

During the 1800's, when the sun never set on the British Empire, beer being shipped to the Far East always arrived spoiled. To correct this situation, British brewers added large quantities of hops to their pale ales. (Hops act as a natural preservative.) The result is an intensely hoppy amber beer. Delicious with seafood and all spicy flavorful foods.

Midtown Brown
A classic English-style Nut Brown Ale. Sweet and malty with the nutty flavor of chocolate malt, this beer is flavorful yet easy to drink. Pairs well with many of our menu items. Excellent with all cheeses and foods with caramelized flavors.

Isle of Skye Scottish Ale
Our Scottish Ale combines the flavor of seven types of malt along with three varieties of hops to create a rich, full-bodied brew. A touch of vanilla brings all these flavors together. Try it with our Gorgonzola Pear Salad or our Pork Chop!

Boscos de Mayo
So by now everyone knows the story about how Cinco de Mayo isn't Mexican Independence Day but instead a made up holiday in the U.S. in order to sell a lot of beer. What you may not know is that Mexico has a long German / Austrian brewing tradition from the colonial era. That tradition included a "Vienna" style beer, featuring the malty flavors common in continental European style beers.

Ed's Porter
An old standby, this American style porter has a healthly portion of American variety hops to balance the full body and chocolate flavor. So who is Ed? We are offering one free Ed's Porter to anyone who can prove they are Robert Edwin Porter, Jr. Limit one per visit. While supplies last.
