Railway City Brewing

The Railway City Brewing is pleased to introduce our newest seasonal “Honey Brown”, along with our Dead Elephant Ale, Iron Spike Blonde Ale, Copper Ale and Amber Ale, each locally brewed, all natural, craft brewed in small batches, using only the finest ingredients with no artificial adjuncts or preservatives.

The brewery operation features a 10 hectoliter system comprised of a kettle, mash tun, hot liquor tank, and 7 fermentators and a brite tank.

Please stop by and visit, they would love to show you around and demonstrate the brewing process. Samples are encouraged with every tour! Tours are available every day, however if you have a large group, please call ahead so we can arrange some additional staff. Please stop in and see how we brew your favorite locally handcrafted beer.

Railway City Brewing's Beer
Railway City Brewing Company is proud to brew hand crafted beer in small batches, using only the finest ingredients with no additives, preservatives or pasteurization.

Railway is proud to use premium locally grown variety of hops and carefully selected Ontario sourced Malted Grains.

Railway uses a temperature controlled cold fermentation process and condition our beer to perfection.

The Beers only use the finest of ingredients including malted grains, hops, yeast and finely filtered water. Our specialty beers are developed using the finest natural ingredients, like fresh ground Fair Trade coffee beans in our Mocha Porter.

Railway's current recipes use carefully selected blend of premium malts, clean refreshingly filtered water, top fermented and dry hopped to perfection for a refreshingly clean finish.

We will continue to develop new recipes and ensure that when it is ready for our customers, it will become not only a customer favorite, but something award winning
