Oggi’s adds more medals to their trophy case at the California State Fair and San Diego County Fair.  With some of the best brewers in the nation participating at the California State Fair and San Diego Fair, Oggi’s and Left Coast Brewing Co. were able to bring home 6 new medals.  Oggi’s brewed by Left Coast Brewing Company in San Clemente, won a Gold Medal for its Black Magic Stout and a Silver Medal for its flagship California Gold Blonde Ale at the California State Fair.  At the San Diego County Fair it won two Bronze medals for their McGarvey’s Scottish and Sunset Amber Ale.  The Sunset Amber Ale came in third out of thirty-four entries.  Left Coast Brewing Co, in San Clemente, also took home two medals themselves.  Left Coast won two Silver medals, one for their Left Coast Scottish and a Silver for their Left Coast Stout.  The Stout came in second out of eight-teen entries.
 

            Oggi’s is ready to launch its beer to the public in glass 22 ounce bottles.  Their award winning Black Magic Stout, Torrey Pines IPA, and Double IPA Hop Juice will be available for distribution in August of this year.  Don’t forget about the Oggi’s California Gold that is available in Plastic bottles all over SD. These award winning mirco-brews will now be available in stores as well as on tap at their 17 fantastic restaurants.  Be sure to look for these highly decorated award winning beers in a store near you! 
 

Oggi’s Pizza & Brewing Company franchise began in San Diego, California with the first store opening in Del Mar in 1991.   Since that time, Oggi’s has expanded in San Diego County to eight locations and seven in the Orange/Los Angeles/Riverside area.  Oggi’s also has two locations in Phoenix, AZ.
