Mother Earth
Brewing crafted their Belgian-Style Tripel with honor to the Belgian
Trappist Monks who perfected this notoriously smooth and balanced brew and
leaked the secret to outsiders just a half century ago. This is a complex
sipping beer that offers amazing zest yet finishes smooth and sweet.
Mother Earth's Head Brewer Says...
"Smells of sweet malt with a bit of yeast spice notes. This 9% beer hides its
alcohol well with a spicy malt tastes. This beer has become a fast favorite with
me and can’t wait to see it being brewed on a regular basis."

With a dull, golden hue, lacing is there. Star fruit, kiwi, mango and pineapple
in the nose, with a hint of a pep- percorn-like alcohol as well. This brew is
fresh and clean, yet fruity and alcoholic. A solid edge of malt, and some modest
hopping, unfold a bit more in the end. Spicy fruity alcohol is present, middle
to end. This beer is clean for the most part. Some light phenols show more of a
light herbal or wildflower complexity. Wait, this is domestic? We couldn't tell.
Stellar job!
Mother Earth Brewing
A name like Mother Earth Brewing demands that a ribbon of green run through
every aspect of our company. Owners Stephen Hill and Trent Mooring say it was
easy to build a first-rate brewery while staying true to their name. Mooring
explains, "Being green can be easy, and making simple, educated product
decisions during our design phase was critical to our overall objective of a
low-impact brewery." He adds that "research and education will continue to be
key elements" in deciding what green technologies to implement in the future.
