Southern Illinois University Adds Major in Brewing Amid Craft Beer Boom(May 1) - An Illinois university has a new accredited degree in fermentation science to train future brewers, distillers and vintners. Pennsylvania College of Technology Approves Brewing and Fermentation Science Program
