Craft beer sales up 16% in 2007(March 5) - St. Louis - The craft beer market continues to grow as sales by independent craft brewers increased in volume by 12 percent during 2007, according to the Brewers Association. Barrels sold in 2007 totaled more than 8 million, up from 7.1 million barrels sold in 2006.
