Some of the best beers are organicJune 24, 2007 @ 2:26am
I was in New Zealand recently on holiday. Without question, some of the best beers in the world are organic. Delicious.....

Anyone interested in why organic beer beats other beer hands down might like to read this article, which explains things quite clearly:

Santa Cruz Mountain Brewing goes organic(Sept. 12) - California - It isn't easy being green. Ask Chad Brill and Emily Thomas, founders of Santa Cruz Mountain Brewing. The husband and wife team not only converted their love of home-brewed beer into a thriving business on a bare-bones budget, they chose to make their brewery totally organic.

I just received two kits via UPS today from 7 bridges co-op. Organic through-and-through. Can't wait to cook 'em up and get them fermenting. I'll let you know in a few weeks.

Hi Everyone~

We saw this thread and couldn’t help but let you know about the new Leinenkugel’s “What’s Your Mix?” website. I invite each of you to visit Leinie's and click on “What’s Your Mix?” to see how folks are mixing the Leinie’s family of beers. You can even show us your own mixing skills by submitting a mix. We’ve gotten some great ones so far.

To Life and Leinie’s!
