| 2008 Peoria International Beerfest | February 25, 2008 @ 1:02pm | Sponsored by Specialty Import Dist., the Peoria Jaycees, and Regent Broadcasting, this year’s event will be held on Friday, April 11th, and Saturday, April 12th. Once inside our beer wonderland, patrons receive a complimentary 4 oz glass for tasting any of the different kinds of beer available- including microbrews from local, regional and national brew masters and international favorites.
Friday is a “preview” night from 6-10 p.m. with about 100 beers available to sample and food donated by local restaurants. Tickets for Friday night are $20 or $28 for a combo ticket for Friday and Saturday.
Featuring 300+ beers from 6 continents, the “main event” is on Saturday, April 12th from 1-9 p.m. Tickets for Saturday are $12 in advance or $15 at the door. We will attract over 5,000 people for this all day beer extravaganza- enjoy samples of some of the best beers in the world while listening to local music and hanging out with friends. Some of the breweries in attendance will be Boulder, Lagunitas , Tommyknocker, Left Hand, Founders, Two Brothers, Erdinger, Weinhenstephan, Weltenburg, Sand Creek, Okocim, Breckenridge, Wychwood, Flying Dog, New Holland, Anderson Valley, Avery, Abita, Shipyard, Pyramid and much MORE!
